Link Group is growing and evolving as a global financial services and technology Company, and we have a strong focus on ensuring that our business is sustainable. We seek to identify, understand and manage the risks arising from globalisation, technology, changing business environments and increasing societal expectations, even as we explore the opportunities that these create.

To realise these opportunities, we are continually innovating. We have evolved from an organisation sending and processing millions of sheets of paper on behalf of clients into one that encourages them to move away from paper-based solutions to digital and online products, providing better, faster and more secure services. These enable fund members, employers and investors to transact business online when they want.

You can read our Sustainability Statement, endorsed by the Board of Directors, at the link below.

Our third Link Group Sustainability Report has again been prepared in accordance with the 'Core' option of the Global Reporting Initiative's G4 standards. We have further widened the scope of our sustainability reporting, which this year covers all 11 countries in which we operate. We continue to deepen our understanding of our material risks, we are engaging further with our stakeholders, and for the first time we have brought our supply chain into the process.
