We are committed to providing our graduates with an excellent development program packed full of opportunities to grow and develop, not only career wise, but also as an individual.
Our two year rotational program aims to develop careers within a collaborative and evolving organisation. Alongside the role, graduates will undertake a variety of face to face and virtual development workshops, building skills & capabilities in areas such as personal brand, relationship building, communication styles and skills, and building resilience. There will be the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of our people, including senior leaders, by way of exciting business related projects.
Each of our graduates will have an assigned mentor and a buddy throughout the program, to provide support and guidance along the journey.
The structure allows for regular reviews, feedback and coaching sessions in order to ensure our graduates get the best advice, guidance and support to achieve their full potential and take their career in whichever direction is right for them.
